All messages and comments made during any class, healing session, psychic/intuitive reading are made with the purest intent. They are not a substitute for financial, medical, legal and professional mental health advice. Any interpretation of comments and responsibility for any decisions made in individuals’ in their lives are those of the individual.

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

Our goal is to provide quality services to all our clients. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only us, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too.

Appointment Cancellation

When you book your service/appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to others. In order to be respectful to all parties, please call us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment/service.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24hrs in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 24hrs notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another appointment.

​

However, if you do not cancel with at least 12hrs notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.

Appointments that are rescheduled more than TWO times will lose 50% of the service payment.

Cancelled appointments have 3 months to reschedule appointments.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at 0438004974 during business hours. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 12hrs before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient a 50% of the service missed appointment fee.

Refund Policy

At Creative Empowerment we are committed to providing services of the highest quality. All our services are provided with the highest intent, that of sharing love and light, connecting our higher selves with those of the clients. In that fashion if you are not 100% happy with the services or products from Creative Empowerment Australia, we are happy to replace the goods or services at no extra charge.
